Welcome to Azaiiyla Beauty. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Information

1.1 Azaiiyla Beauty is a mobile nail salon based in Mount Barker, South Australia. We provide luxury, self-care-focused nail services at your chosen location.

1.2 Our services are available to customers aged 16 and above. Clients under 16 must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1 Appointments

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or phone.

  • A valid address within our service area must be provided at the time of booking.

2.2 Payments

  • Full payment is required upon completion of the service.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1 Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur additional charges.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will pay a cancellation fee of $50.00

3.2 Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment.

3.3 Azaiiyla Beauty Cancellations

  • In the unlikely event we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible.

4. Service Area

4.1 Azaiiyla Beauty provides mobile services within Mount Barker and surrounding areas.

4.2 Clients must provide a safe and clean environment for services. If the location is deemed unsuitable, the appointment may be canceled.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to the appointment.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse service if it poses a health risk to the client or our technician.

5.3 For hygiene purposes, all tools and equipment are sterilised before each appointment.

6. Late Arrivals

6.1 If you are late for your appointment, the service may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Refunds are not offered for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during bookings or through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2 We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

9. Liability

9.1 Azaiiyla Beauty is not responsible for damage to personal property or injuries resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

9.2 By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with nail services.
